- Rest (PM): Hemp Extract Isolate (CBD) with Passionflower & Chamomile
Take up to 2 x ¼ pipette Focus during the day and/or 1-2 x ¼ pipette Rest in the evening (max 4 quarters total daily). Hold under tongue 60s before swallowing.
